Northstar Community Services District is a starting point for local water, sewer, and related service questions. Confirm the district, utility providers, electric and gas service, trash collection, snow removal, and private-road obligations for the exact address.
Use Tahoe Truckee Unified School District to verify school assignment and enrollment by address. For building or remodeling, confirm jurisdiction and county permits with Placer County, alongside any HOA design review. A Truckee mailing address does not establish Town of Truckee permitting jurisdiction.
Northstar is accessed from Highway 267 between Truckee and Kings Beach. Allow for storms, chain controls, and resort traffic. Confirm parking and shuttle arrangements before arrival.
